Christina Rhodes is a visionary product development and innovation leader with more than 20 years of experience shaping the future of beauty, fragrance, and personal care. As Head of Product and Fragrance Development and R&D at Victoria’s Secret, she leads the creation of globally resonant products and brand-defining fragrance experiences that blend customer insight, trend forecasting, innovation, and operational excellence. Her leadership has helped drive sustained growth across a multi-billion-dollar beauty business by identifying emerging customer needs and transitioning them into compelling products that connect emotionally with customers around the world.
Prior to her current role, Christina spent 15 years at Bath and Body Works, where she played an instumental role in building and scaling some of the industry’s most successful fragrance and personal care innovations. Throughout her career, she has become known for her ability to bridge creativity with strategic execution – combining deep expertise in product creation, brand building, and supply chain leadership to bring breakthrough ideas to market with speed, quality, and impact.
A passionate advocate for the fragrance industry and for women in leadership, Christina also serves on the Board of Directors for The Fragrance Foundation, where she supports initiatives that advance creativity, mentorship, education, and the future of fragrance. She is widely respected for her collaborative leadership style, commitment to mentorship, and dedication to developing the next generation of industry talent.
Through her work, Christina continues to champion innovation, elevate customer experiences, and inspire women across the fragrance industry to lead boldly, create fearlessly, and shape what’s next.
Outside of her professional achievements, Christina enjoys spending time with her fiancé, Ryan, and her two amazing sons, Logan and Dylan. She draws inspiration from travel, the ocean, and meaningful time with family and friends, and values the connections and experiences that bring joy, balance, and love into her life.
