The NJ chapter of the WFFC was established in 1982 by 22 pioneering women from diverse career backgrounds, with a mission to empower, engage, and educate women in the flavor and fragrance industry. Today, the chapter boasts 14 active board members from various companies. It empowers its members through key anchor events that celebrate the achievements of women in the F&F industry. The chapter fosters engagement by offering networking opportunities, mentorship, and collaborations with other organizations to expand its influence. Additionally, it educates its members through annual technical seminars that introduce new topics relevant to individuals in the F&F and CPG sectors.
