Registration and payment must be received by deadline to receive the selected rate.
Table sizes are 10 or 12 persons. Open seating will be assigned, unless a full table is reserved.
If you are reserving a table and don’t have all guest names at this time, all attendees’ names must be submitted by email to Jennifer@wffc.org or info@wffc.org by September 13, 2024.
Registration will not be accepted unless payments for previous events have been made in full.
Registrations are subject to invoicing unless written cancellation is received by September 13, 2024. No refunds after September 13, 2024.
Registration grants WFFC, Inc. the right to publish my likeness from photos or videos taken at the event in print and electronic form for any lawful purpose, including for example publicity, illustration, advertising, and online content without compensation.
The WFFC, Inc. will not be responsible for any personal
belongings or equipment.
