WFFC Cincinnati Presents: A Deep Dive into the Nuances of Flavor Development in Cheesemaking

Dive into the world of artisanal cheese and learn about how fermentation, with the assistance of cheese cultures and time, contributes to flavor development in cheese.  Enjoy a cheese tasting led by Co-Founder and Cheesemaker Scott Robbins and Co-Founder Andrea Siefring-Robbins.  

Each guest will receive an individual tasting plate as well as their choice from a selection of beer and wines. Scott Robbins and Andrea Siefring-Robbins co-founded Urban Stead Cheese as a way to create an amazing local cheese with a sense of community.

5:30pm – 6:30pm: Happy Hour and Networking
6:30pm – 8:00pm: Cheese Tasting and Presentation by Co-Founders of Urban Stead Cheese Andrea Siefring-Robbins & Cheesemaker Scott Robbins


Urban Stead Cheese is located in the heart of the  Evanston and East Walnut Hills; it’s at this location that they have their cheesemaking operations, a  Retail Shop where you can purchase their cheese alongside an amazing selection of local and artisanal goods, as well as their Tasting where patrons can enjoy a cheeseboard alongside a fabulous selection of beer, wine and cocktails while looking into the cheesemaking operations and aging rooms through viewing windows.  

*Note that there is free on-street parking behind the building as well as on the street.  Please try to park behind our shop first as we have a shared parking lot with our neighbors at the Music Resource Center.  The facility is also fully handicap accessible.
