WFFC Cincinnati Presents: Lunch and Learn: Positive Psychology in Leadership

Positive psychology in Leadership is about creating a space where teams feel safe to make mistakes as part of thriving and creating success. Understanding the basic concepts of positive psychology allows you as a leader to prevent anxiety and burnout not just for yourself but also for your team. And it will enable you to move your team from surviving to thriving through the use of simple yet effective tools.

In this session, you will learn more about effectively using tools such as the positivity ratio to create an environment of success.

This event is free to all members, but we are asking for any donation to our charity “Dress for Success-Cincinnati”.
