Dr. Lisa Navarro provides strategic scientific support to drive solutions for her client’s most challenging product safety and regulatory compliance needs. Leveraging industrial experience she advises clients on services including GRAS Notifications and Determinations, Cell Culture Consultations, cGMP Reviews, Due Diligence Support, New Dietary Ingredient Notifications, Cosmetic Formulation Safety Reviews, Dietary Intake Assessments, and Food Contact Substance Notifications. Her clients include a broad range of manufacturers, including cosmetics, consumer and household products, food and flavor ingredients, alcoholic beverages, and dietary supplements.

Dr. David Tonucci received his PhD. in Pharmacology & Toxicology from the SUNY Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. After completing his PhD., Dr Dave Tonucci moved to industry where he joined the Colgate/Palmolive company as a staff toxicologist. Following his time at Colgate/Palmolive, Dave held a number of positions of increasing responsibility at Bristol-Myers/Squib. Dave then moved to Cincinnati where he worked in roles related to preclinical and clinical safety, as well as, regulatory toxicology. Most notably, Dr. Dave Tonucci was the Global Vice President for Product Safety and Regulatory Affairs at both Givaudan Flavors and the Tate & Lyle corporation where he led global teams responsible for product safety and registration of new ingredients. Dave then moved to SCiFi Foods, a cell-based meat start-up, to lead the regulatory and toxicology programs. Dave joined Ramboll Americas in 2023 as a Principal in the Product Safety & Stewardship team.

Lynn Warner is a highly motivated and effective leader with over 20 years of regulatory experience in consumer packaged goods and the food ingredient business. Skilled in developing strategic objectives and business processes, she provides a superior customer experience with simplicity and efficiency in mind. Lynn is a problem solver and believes in leveraging the skills of her people to achieve a greater outcome. She is thrilled to meet with WFFC and share her insights.
