Join the WFFC for a virtual cooking class focused on health and wellness with personal chef and meal planner Brielle Dahan. This virtual cooking event is centered around gut health while keeping the meal 100% paleo (gluten and dairy free).
The class will begin with step by step instructions for making an everyday longevity elixir made of chamomile tea, apple cider vinegar and other healthy ingredients. While making this health boosting drink, Brielle will discuss its benefits and healing qualities.
Brielle will then move on to cooking a healthy entrée that can be served for lunch or dinner for the entire family using minimal and basic ingredients: stuffed sweet potato with ground turkey, stewed tomatoes, onions, and mushrooms. After the virtual cooking instruction, there will be an opportunity to ask Brielle questions.
Ingredients for this virtual cooking class will be provided upon event registration.
