Asha Phekoo has worked in the Flavor and Fragrance Industry for over 34 years. She is currently the President of Natural Ingredients Resources, and the Vice President of Procurement and Business Development at Ultra International. Prior to that, she worked at Manheimer / Kerry where started her career in Quality Control and later went on to hold numerous positions in both technical and commercial positions during her 26 year tenure.

Richard Hofmann has been Vice President of Quality Assurance at Berjé Inc for fifteen years. His expertise in quality spans more than thirty years in the flavor and fragrance industry. He is currently a member of the IFRA-NCS Task Force as well as the RIFM Advisory Board. Most of Richard’s career has been in quality, but the years have resulted in a diverse mix of skills from procurement, sales, planning and technical evaluation of chemicals and essential oils. Richard has had the ability to build strong technical teams that are forward-thinking and constantly raising the bar in anticipation of the customer’s needs.
Technical Director Citrus & Principal Flavorist, ADM Nutrition
Zareena is currently holding a dual role with ADM Nutrition; Global Technical Director and Principal Flavorist for the Citrus Platform. Zareena has been in the flavor and fragrance industry for over twenty years and previously worked as a flavorist for industry leaders like Symrise and Takasago. Her passion for citrus originated while spending time in Florida, the heart of the citrus industry, while earning her Doctorate in Flavor Chemistry. While initial years of her career was in R&D, she was drawn towards the fascinating world of flavor creation and eventually trained to become a certified flavorist. She is a subject matter expert in citrus due to her comprehensive knowledge in fields of flavor creation, separation technologies and analytical chemistry.
