We will learn from leading women in the flavor and fragrance industry as well as other industries on topics including women-owned and founded businesses, climbing the corporate ladder and breaking boundaries, gender-fluid fragrance formulation and more. It will also feature our first-ever interactive panel discussion to gain insights on what companies are doing to close the gender equality gap.
