Named in memory of Rita Flynn, the WFFC Rita Flynn Memorial Fragrance Scholarship honors a true
pioneer in the fragrance industry. As one of the first women buyers in the field, Rita broke barriers and helped create
opportunities for the women who followed. During her distinguished career with Roure Bertrand Dupont and later
Givaudan, she earned the respect and admiration of colleagues across the industry. Remembered as both a strong
professional and a cherished friend, Rita’s legacy lives on through this scholarship, which supports and encourages the
next generation of women pursuing careers in fragrance.
