Olfactive training was an ongoing priority at Firmenich, ranging from attending courses at ISIPCA to weekly classes conducted by perfumers. This continuous training prepared Suzanne to transition to the development side of the business.
Suzanne joined method products in 2006 and has led the fragrance pillar for the brand since then. She has enjoyed working across their broad portfolio made up of personal care, home care, fabric care and baby + kids lines. She is a proud member of the Formulation + Fragrance team (Formulance) which is made up of 90% women. One of the most rewarding parts of her role at method products is mentoring and collaborating with her fragrance colleagues.
