WFFC Gives to Bottomless Closet, Center for Hope & Safety, and Others

Glen Rock, NJ – Women in Flavor and Fragrance Commerce, Inc. (WFFC) continues to support worthy causes both inside and outside its industry with charitable contributions. 

During 2017, the General Board of Directors made donations to the following organizations: Alzheimer’s Association, American Cancer Society, Bottomless Closet, Center for Hope & Safety, Feeding Florida, Hispanic Federation, La Casa De Don Pedro, Roses For Autism and Texas Diaper Bank.

The Cincinnati chapter donated to the following organizations: American Red Cross, Crayons to Computers Cincinnati, Dress for Success Cincinnati, Gorman Heritage Farm and Matthew 25: Ministries.

The Chicago chapter donated to Dream for Kids, UC Health Foundation and Wounded Warrior Project.

“It has been a difficult year with sickness and numerous natural disasters. Many women, children and men are in need and the WFFC is committed to helping those less fortunate. I would like to thank all of our chapters for their generous contributions and support,” says Amy Marks-McGee, WFFC President.

The WFFC, Inc. was founded in 1982 by women employed in various capacities in the U.S. flavor and fragrance industry. This organization was borne out of a recognized need for a networking, education and support system for women in our industry. Our mission has been and remains to this day to provide a center of education, camaraderie, support and networking opportunities for women in our industry. Our membership encompasses women involved in sales, purchasing, customer service as well as technical careers.
