Subscribe New Jersey – October 31, 2025 – The Women in Flavor and Fragrance Commerce, Inc. (WFFC) New Jersey Chapter is excited to announce the relaunch of its Mentorship Program for 2026, designed to bring new opportunities for members to connect, learn, and grow within the WFFC community.
The WFFC NJ Mentorship Program is a cornerstone initiative aimed at fostering leadership development, personal and professional growth, and stronger industry connections. The program offers members the opportunity to participate as mentors, mentees, or both, creating a dynamic environment for mutual learning and meaningful professional relationships.

Who Can Participate
Participation is open to female members of the WFFC New Jersey Chapter who hold Active, New Professional, or Student Memberships and are eager to:
- Explore their career potential
- Expand their professional network
- Learn from dynamic leaders in the flavor and fragrance industry
- Contribute to the development of other women in the field
Why Participate
For Mentees: Gain career guidance, expand your professional network, and develop essential leadership and communication skills.
For Mentors: Strengthen leadership abilities, gain fresh perspectives, and experience the personal fulfillment that comes from giving back to the next generation of industry professionals.
